Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • We accept returns within 15 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all original tags attached.

  • Items that show signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

Exchanges

  • Size exchanges are permitted, subject to availability.

  • If the requested size is unavailable, we can offer:

    • A refund to the original payment method (if eligible)

     

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Worn or washed items

  • Sale or discounted items (unless otherwise stated)

How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Please contact us at contact@vismstudio.com within 15 days of receiving your order.

  2. Include your order number and reason for return or exchange.

  3. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Processing Time

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, please allow 5–7 business days for your refund or exchange to be processed.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
